Corporation Act which states that law enforcement may not seize or interfere
with the delivery of your mail, unless it’s considered a threat to
 national security. With our experience shipping thousands of orders, there has never been a single incident of our customers getting into trouble with the law for buying mushroom products online.

Frequently our emails go to spam. Please check there and please add us to your safe sender list so you are sure to receive messages regarding your package. If you don’t know how to do that please do a websearch for “how to whitelist emails on ____(your service provider…gmail, yahoo etc.)

No, we only ship within Canada and the US.

Shipping starts at $15 and is dynamic according from region. We ship from BC, Canada. CA orders over $139 receive free shipping. All orders shipped Canada Post.

We generally send orders made by 12pm(PST) out same day and all other orders within 24-48 hours.

All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.

As per our shipping policy if you do not provide the full and correct address we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package. If you live in a building you must provide your unit number.
